When I write scripts, half the fun is to take the weird combinations of actors and community guests who are invited and try to find some reason to have them all in scenes together. In this particular case the script is quite long because there were so many actors attending (11) and I wanted them all to have something ticklish to say. The really fun deal with this one, was that Anneli Heed, the Swedish actress who dubs many MLP roles in her homeland was going to be there, so I found ways to incorporate a Swedish Spike and Spitfire.
Anyhoo. The convention had one or had a few bugs, not the least of which was the very thing I feared in going to Kansas. A tornado. On our plane which was diverted and held over night, I read with horror, that you shouldn’t really get a hotel room above the ground floor, just in case your window was be sucked out. Mummy! Meanwhile Anneli huddled in a shelter in a dress shop, Bronies hid in a basement, and off in another state, the warehouse where the convention lanyards were waiting to be delivered was struck by lightning and incinerated. What are the chances?
Anyway, here’s the script for a truly Kansas-esque Pony adventure. It's a full length MLP script that wants to hug your eyeballs. Hope you enjoy:
This ditty on the right is the song Gabriel Brown composed for the pigs in the above script. I love it: |
